I've taken my HD 10 Limited in for service twice and have been more than satisfied both time. First was a warranty issue with the A/C last summer. There fix went beyond what I had hoped for. They not only fixed the immediate issue but replace parts that are know to cause future issues. A/C works great now. Today I asked Lake Land to check an alignment type issue.
