The staff is terrible. Their attitude toward children is appalling. Today, a pool employee made my 6-year-old son cry. My son was playing in the shallow end of the pool, where the water came up to his waist, with another boy; they were just playing tag, swimming after each other. I visited the pool today with my kids and paid for their admission. Before they went in, I asked the staff member at the front desk if I was allowed to come inside the facility to sit on the side and watch them without swimming. She said that was okay. About an hour later, another staff member told me I had to leave because I hadn't paid for myself. I explained that I had already asked for permission before entering and was told it was fine. Why is no one cleaning the washrooms?!?! It's disgusting dirty and smelly, rude lifeguard, rules are so ridiculous 🙄 very outdated, who ever owns that should be shame of themselves
