Went to pick up the prescription that I ALWAYS wait on EVERY month after calling to verify that it was ready. Was told it was ready. The gal at the window on Saturday said the script was not there. I've even talked to them 3 times about their regular Refills. I guess I needed to enter it in the computer myself? Full transfer of prescriptions was issued. Soooo glad to be rid of them. 2 trips into town every month for the same thing. The extra 18 mile trip will be better than return trips..Well... yet another trip to Lakeland ... read more
Staff are friendly and helpful, but i have been going to this pharmacy for 20yrs, and since the new people took over they never seem to have one of my RXs in stock. Same meds for yrs. They keep saying they have to order for the following day. I might add that it's a common prescription.
Lakeland is a great pharmacy with great staff! They are so much quicker than the big chain stores.
The best pharmacy hands down! Never wait more than 5-10 mins. Very friendly staff!
