If I were you, I would not send your loved ones to this facility. The place is very run down and smells awful. It felt like a war zone when walking through the halls. Surprised this place has not shutdown.

Maria mckittricke was so rude and nasty to me when I walked in I was greeted with such rudeness and and disrespect I would never put one of my relatives in a place like that as long someone like that lady is working there I happen to catch her full name and I just thought you should know she is a terrible terrible employee always on her phone and being really aggressive with your residence outside rooms she was rude and ignoring my every question and responding with a rude temper and such disrespect being terribly rough with... read more

I appreciated the follow-up to my review. I look forward to improved communication And attention to medical needs we discussed. The new chef will hopefully provide a more balanced & tasty menu. Thank you for your attention

My experience at this nursing home was awful. They are extremely short-staffed, and the staff member Fran was shockingly rude to the patients and very unprofessional. It broke my heart to see patients being cared for under these conditions. I would never place a loved one here, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want real care and compassion.I don't recommend this facility.

Meeting staff members in person was a pleasant experience however when sending emails getting a response is almost non existent. Follow through on medical appointments or certain needs have gone unfulfilled. The food is sub par. Although grievances have been filed (by others) nothing has been done for improvement.
