She consistently checked on my dad, grandfather, and father-in-law, and always followed up on any concerns we had. Beware. This is not a good place to send your loved one for nursing care. Neglect and lack of accountability run rampant through the halls. Be wary. Sad because at one place this was a good place.

If I were you, I would not send your loved ones to this facility. The place is very run down and smells awful. It felt like a war zone when walking through the halls. Surprised this place has not shutdown.
