Amazing team to renovate our bathroom. Their attention to detail was beyond amazing to create exactly what we envisioned. Thanks to Mike, Kevin and the entire team for providing awesome results and project management.
Called to get an estimate to change out our Oil Fired Furnace to a Propane one. estimator turned up on time, (Friday) and promised a quote the following Monday, despite me leaving a Text reminder, still no quote. I guess Lakeland like to cherry pick their work. Not a big deal really , plenty of other companies want the work. Two weeks later, still no quote: dont worry Len, job has been given to another company. wont bother you again.

Shop around for HVAC. Inept work that causes issues with warranties. Unsafe work with gas and connections. Many many many safety concerns. Replaced HVAC contract and issues were fixed immediately. This business bleeds you for money when the issues could be fixed immediately.
