Booked this limo company for a customer trip and unfortunately ended up having to cancel (which we told them upfront that may happen and they provided us a cancellation policy that we agreed to). They charged the card upfront before providing the service. We cancelled the service 9 weeks ago and owner will not return calls or emails on issuing a credit. I've had to involve my credit card company to dispute the charge. Paid them over $1600 for NO SERVICE and they will not issue a refund that they agreed to. Definitely WOULD N... read more
