My family is currently in our fourth Lakeland home. We have moved into their model homes as well as custom built our dream home with Lakeland. The quality and craftsmanship is impeccable. Honestly, from picking out prints to making suggestions with the floorplans and making sure we were comfortable and satisfied through the entire process is what sets Lakeland apart from other builders. I just built my first house with Lakeland homes...I lived in one before,That had been built by someone else. We liked it so much we had to build one ourselves, And we are very happy we did. Everyone from front to back is top notch. We will definitely make sure Lakeland gets the first opportunity to build our next house when the time comes!
