Unable to to process a new patient in the St cloud Area.
go anywhere else. you get refereed here? Ask for somewhere else. Went in for a study. My insurance didnt cover the in clinic procedure that's fine. It did cover the at home test. Did it. Never got any results back if I was fine or anything. the doctors never returned my call. The kicker is they billed me wrong. billed me for in clinic when i did it at home. Called try to talk to the payment line Ruby if I remember. never called me back, went to clinic they were no help either. Messed up my credit over this ordeal because I c... read more

My phone call was returned immediately. Very professional & helpful in trying to find the mask & nasal piece that would work the best for me. I’m very satisfied with the sleep center.
They don’t return your phone calls. Left serval VM’s over the past week . They have no supplies at the St. Cloud location. Not a good customer experience. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
