Jon was GREAT to work with. After months of getting subpar service from other glass companies and then waiting for a warranty glass piece to arrive, we were in a hurry to get our sliding glass pane replaced before it got too much colder this winter. Jon was prompt to respond to our inquiries, and was able to come out a few days after initial contact. We had a wonderful experience working with Bob at Lakeland glass. We had an odd shaped window that needed replacing and he had no problem. His prices were more reasonable than other places. He is very personable and he even brought his dad with to help with it installation who was also very sweet. We would highly recommend this company.

Respectful, trustworthy and professional. Job well done! Maybe could have asked for a little quicker response during some of our communications but not enough to be less than 5 stars. Would definitely reach out again and will refer to anyone in the area..
