Company has old employees give themselves a 5 star review and the comments are all lies. They allow seniority to trump their policies. Guys who have been there for along time can mistreat newer employees and when it’s a problem they give the ultimatum that it’s them or the newer guys. Unprofessional high turn over rate and pay is determined off of who you know and how much they like you. Hard workers make nothing best friends make a living.
