Made an appointment and had to wait two months. Then they canceled the appointment because they said I did not confirm. My phone had absolutely no records of them calling me and leaving voice messages; that is, until the day of the appointment when they left a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled. They gave my appointment away and told me I would have to wait another two months to get a new appointment. They need to fix their system or dial the right number.

Lakeland Dental in Staples has always given me top quality care. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they take the best care of any dental care I have needed. I totally recommend!!!
