ORPANA WAS A BUTCHER first neglected to mention impacted wisdom teeth of 25 years prescribed a narcotic lorazapan and sent me on my way in extreme DENTAL MOUTH ISSUES PAIN AND JAW MALFORMING....Went To Another DENTAL SPECIALUST WHO INFORMED ME OF ISSUE ....DR UNKNOWINGLY BROUGHT ORMANAS EGO INTO QUESTION AS TO WHY NO SURGERY TO REMOVE WISDOM TEETH .....TThe butcher ORPANA takes all teeth surrounding the problem infected inflamed teeth while I was inexcruciating pain ....HE BUTCHERED MY SURGERY AND FOUR YEARS LATER ASPEN SPRI... read more
I waited a bit too long to get my wisdom teeth out so I was referred to Dr. Orpana as I would need to undergo sedation dentistry. All 4 wisdom teeth were grown in pretty well but Dr. Orpana did an expert job of removing them. The staff is very friendly and professional and were able to promptly schedule me in for a followup when I was a bit concerned about swelling of my gums afterwords. Overall great experience!
This guy is a hack and I caution anyone from going to this clinic. Amidst the news that he may have infected patients with HIV due to poor sanitation practices I feel the need to share my story. I had my wisdom teeth and a failed root canal removed here. When I awoke from sedation I was in a room with 3 other people recovering... very strange. I am a dentist in PTBO area and I am writing this review for 2 reasons. 1) I want it to be known that this office under Dr. Orpana’s leadership is really helping all of us dentists and dental hygienist learn from what happened to them in dealing with the government inforcement of new and not totally clear expectations and standards regarding infection control protocols in Ontario.
