Our experience with Lakeland Chevrolet was amazing. I was looking for a specific vehicle they had in stock and it was unfortunately sold before I could get it. Yesterday during our first snowfall of the year, my drivers door decided not to work. It was 10 to 5 but a quick phone call brought the service mgr and a technician to my rescue. I was provided a demo for the night and the issue was resolved first thing this morning!! Thank you to Karlli and her team at Lakeland Chevrolet in St. Paul!!

I get a detailed explanation of any issues and clear recommendations for any preventative maintenance if need be. The service team is trustworthy and friendly, work was done on time and on quote. The service manager is very rude and not accommodating in help on making anything better she just says all well. I had my vehicle towed there because it didn’t start in cold weather I told them that everything was stuck on, and I couldn’t turn it off and that it would probably kill my battery. They said that they would look at it right away. Instead they left it in the yard in the cold weather for two days, then called me and said that my battery was totally dead So I would have to change it out and it would cost me 500 But ... read more
