I would give this organization zero stars but that is not an option. Should you need care, I'd pick any organization but here. Run far and fast!!!
One of their care staff Kimberly had been assigned to my mother, who granted is by no means a clean individual but Kim definitely did more talking than cleaning and caring for. I've gone over the room my mother was staying in three times with a carpet cleaner and still cannot get the smells out of the room.
We started doing care for my parents and as a caregiver I have not received my check in the last 3 weeks. called multiple times and no answer!?! is this a scam??
