I have been a patient of Dr. Ruisi's for four years. Until today, I would give him 5 stars. Today, after going to the hospital for a cardioversion and it not working, his nurse told me (and confirmed by Dr Ruisi himself) is too busy to talk to his patients when they have questions. I LITERALLY went back and forth 4 times with his nurse and he still would not call me......CHANGING DOCTORS!!
