Everyone there is excellent! Andrea, Suzanne, and Brian are very friendly and professional. Can't say enough good things about this bank.
WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? My branch is an old 1st Constitution Bank on Hooper Ave. in Toms River but they certainly don't understand customer service. They prefer to work on their emails so they can run out of their bank as soon as the bank closes. YES, I am a customer but based on how I am treated you wouldn't think so. Assistant Branch Manager, Andrea Gatto, has treated me poorly since I started using this bank (I selected this location based on the proximity to my home).
