Customer service experience was not the best, policies posted on their website and in the bank appear to be different.
Today my elderly mother went into this branch to get a cashier's check for $40. She had and presented a valid driver's license which had her current address (the address that's in their system) The cashier harassed her because she couldn't remember street names around an address she she hasn't lived in for 9 years. They threatened to close her account because she had no idea the street names they were naming. They based it off a property from 9 years ago that she only lived in for 4 months.
