First I would like to share that I have been with this bank way back when it was Newton Trust , then it became Lakeland Bank and now it is Provident Bank. I also have accounts with other Banks including TD Bank. Valley national Bank and a retirement account with another financial institution. That being said , I have experienced doing business with many bank associates. Worst experience ever. Not only have I had issues with this bank previously at other branches, but it seems to be a trending virus. The customer service is terrible. They were all talking about what to eat for lunch instead of actually doing what they were hired for, to help solve issues. What a joke. Switching banks asap.
My wife is sick in the hospital. The bank will not give me access to her account that is overdrawn and continues to run up late fees. Meanwhile I have all the docs necessary to prove this is my wife and sick 😡😡😡😡😡
LIKE THIS BRANCH VERY HELPFULL IF YOU NEED HELP WITH JUST ABOUT ANYTHING BANKING . DORA THE MANAGER GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP COSTUMERS AND THE STAFF IS TOO VERY HELPFULL .
