Worst experience ever. Not only have I had issues with this bank previously at other branches, but it seems to be a trending virus. The customer service is terrible. They were all talking about what to eat for lunch instead of actually doing what they were hired for, to help solve issues. What a joke. Switching banks asap.
My wife is sick in the hospital. The bank will not give me access to her account that is overdrawn and continues to run up late fees. Meanwhile I have all the docs necessary to prove this is my wife and sick 😡😡😡😡😡

I have been with this bank since 1987, when it was NBSC. Since it changed to Lakeland, every time I try and give them a chance to be competitive, be it a car loan or some type of home loan, they never even come close to the competition. Never!
