Just waited 40 minutes for a simple stop payment transaction (at the Hampton branch) that took 5 minutes. Their motto is something about simplifying banking ... 4 tellers (2 chatting most of that time about social stuff while 1 platform person just she can)...When she gets to me she says well it is this Saturday correct it is a Saturday that you either need to train some of your tellers to do some platform work or have a second platform person.
