Really poor customer service and the staff is very rude. If you don’t like your job find another or collect unemployment
almost 20 years with LakeLand Bank and never had a problem. and any problems I've had, they fixed it fast. I like this Bank alot and recommend them.

I phoned lowes regarding an installation on a door I purchased. It's been a month not the 2 weeks I was originally told. The operator was EXTREMELY rude and I have been to reach the department for an HOUR unable to get through being bounced back and forth from the operator to the department then being disconnected. Terrible service, rude people and not timely
