Had them take a look at my summer tires and, per their recommendation, purchased a set of new tires. They gave me a few options and didn't push me to one option or another. They installed them, disposed of the used tires and did a great job! Would totally recommend them to anyone.
We asked them to do a fairly costly routine maintenance on our 1991 Mazda Miata. Their estimate was very reasonable. When dropping the car off, we asked them to please look for anything that might need maintaining /repairing. They called us with estimates of a few things they recommended be repaired. We said yes to some, no to others that we could do ourselves. The final approved cost was double the original estimate but I now feel very confident that I can drive my classic car anywhere.
When you price out a job at $650 and automatically drop the price in half to save face as the customer made ONE phone call to a competitor and got the half price estimate FREE of charge. Whats wrong with this picture?
I tried this company after hearing good things about them from my dad and brother. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. If you need your car repaired and done right, look no further.
Great business. The owners are friendly and you never have to worry that you'll be overcharged. There are never any hidden fees or surprise charges. They communicate clearly and their estimates are right on the button.
Better do your homework blackjodi10 Well i will agree they are friendly and have good service, shouldn't all shops? bottom line, their prices are on par with the new car dealer service compared to the other shops down toward the rt-690 end of lakeland who have been around 20 years or more. After having major work done on my toyota pickup there i was referred to CBM at 1187 state fair blvd and would never look back.
