I am a firm believer in giving credit when credit is due. And also to highlight when something positive takes place. I visited LAR yesterday to update some information on my license and I got to say, Heather Cook, professional Development Director was so very helpful, attentive and very professional! The only the reason this Board is in business is because agents are required to hang their license with a board and have to join the board their Broker is with. Their on-staff attorney can’t even properly interpret contracts. It’s probably why she works for LAR. She wouldn’t make it anywhere else. Save yourself the trouble and join GTAR. They’re cheaper AND have knowledgeable staff.

Definitely was treated different. I was accused of not paying my dues and had to show my bank statement to proove that I did. They charged to make a change and they refused to transfer listings.
