Trust is of number one importance when you are taking your finer pieces to a jeweler for repair. I can trust the Lakein family and would never go anywhere else. I've been using Lakein's for 45 years. Please AVOID this business! My now-husband got my engagement ring from them and they provided him with a beautiful ring. It was a ring he custom ordered. He had some trouble with them as they are terrible at communication and even though he told them the date they needed to have the ring in by months in advance, he literally got the ring two days before his planned proposal. I had a question about some jewellery and wanted to speak to the Manager of the store. The assistant was extremely rude and unhelpful and tried to prevent me speaking to the Manager. In future I will take my business elsewhere.
