Being stationed to work at McGuire AFB, I am so glad I chose this housing. Nancy the landlord along with the rest of housing management and maintenance crew, they all took such great care of us during our 4 years here. Everytime we brought up an issue with the home they were resolving them by the next day. The only complaint really is during the winter downstairs is unbearably freezing while upstairs feels like a sauna. Could give the houses an updated HVAC system or zone control system.
Pretty sure they are a money laundering front more than a base housing company. Where does the rent go? Promised amenities? Nope. Accurate descriptions upon house offers with appropriate floor plans? Also no. Maintenance? You’re lucky if they show up on the day they scheduled let alone the time window. If they had someone (literally anyone, hire a chimp) other than Nancy it might be bearable but you’d still have to deal with the quickly disappearing perks and quickly rising rates.
