My vet wasn’t available to take my dog today. Lakehouse went out of their way to fit Scout in. They were phenomenal! They gave me immediate treatment options and what needs to be done at the ER. From the lady that answered the phone (Taylor), to the Vet Tech and the Vet, Matt Kemper were all above and beyond! Thank you for taking good care of Scout. 💕
We took our 5 month old puppy, Teddi, to Lakehouse after a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, and we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Palm at Lakehouse Veterinary Hospital was absolutely phenomenal. Our puppy, Alfie, was experiencing severe diarrhea that eventually became nothing but blood. Amazing Experience! My 13 year “Old Man Dog” suddenly refused to get into my car. He was in desperate need of a nail trim & his rabies shots. Trimming his nails had become a HUGE Struggle these past few months. I made an appointment online for the mobile team to come to my house. I was still a bit hesitant though. Sabrina & her partner were AMAZING!!!! We did the visit in the front yard where Merlin is happiest. They gave the shot without any issues. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! The entire team is the absolute best in the business. My previous mobile vet retired earlier this year and I was desperate to find a new mobile vet. When Dr. Palm and Kelly showed up at my house I knew they were the real deal. As soon as they met my 19 year old Cat Wendell they treated him so well.
