Dr. Palm and Alyssa came to my apartment two times to assist with my Turkish Van cat who was sick but also needed vaccines and grooming. I can’t say enough about how they gave Lily such excellent care both times. Lily gets very stressed having to go anywhere so having them come to us was such a blessing. After sedation it is wonderful to have her recover in her own bed and surroundings. I am so grateful for Dr. Palm and Alyssa and I highly recommend them both.
We just had a great 1st visit with Dr. Kemper and vet tech Morgan. Morgan greeted us and went over our pup's past history. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and took her time to get to know us and our pup. Dr. Kemper is such a personable veterinarian. He took his time to get to know our pup and answered all our concerns. Over the past year, we watched as this beautiful, veteri... read more

Dr palm got on the floor with my puppy and mentioned she always does this for comfort of pets. She was so kind, intelligent, energetic and truly loves her profession. Pets are her WORLD and you can tell from her radiant positive vibes. She worked with me to give my pup his... read more

If Lakehouse Vet does not currently have the staffing or bandwidth to provide timely follow-up care to the patients they already have, I seriously question why they are continuing to accept new patients. I was directly told by Office Manager, Kayla that they only have ONE full-time veterinarian, that the veterinarian has a significant workload, and that she “didn't have the bandwidth” to get to my ... read more
