Lakehouse Residences had 10 days of water shut offs over the past 13 months I lived there. Specific condo owners are passing along the problem to unsuspecting renters. Kumar in 516 hired Lark + Co property managers to rent me a unit at a premium luxury condo price, $3750 for a one bedroom condo with a nountain view, without disclosing the plumbing issues.
