We recently closed on our house, and Lakefront handled the closing for the buyers. The entire process went very smoothly. From the time we sat down until everything was signed, we were finished in less than 15 minutes. It appears to be a smaller operation, with just a handful of people in the office, but everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made what could have been a stressful process feel quick and easy. A great experience from start to finish. Good job!
