Great experience with my jet ski rental. It was my first time on one, and Robert was so knowledgeable with everything. He made me feel at ease and answered all my questions with so much patience. Thank you Robert. I had an amazing time. I will definitely be back!
Total scammers, overcharged us for their boats ignition issue that was there from before, towing their boat back due to ignition issue and charging $500. They are not respectful, and they know they are scamming people. They will risk your life to make more money out of you. PLEASE AVOID RENTING from this boat rental.

Total scammers. The manager is there to frame people and give you boats that already have serious issues to charge you more. Our life was in danger in the middle of the water due to their boats pre-existing problems and once they came for rescue they where not trained to follow protocols. They asked us to follow steps that caused my family suffer injuries and serious bruises. They charged us $1040 to repair their own broken boat. Please avoid them if you want to leave Kelowna with good memories.
