Overall, we had a poor experience with this realtor company. We were very upfront with what we needed. I just got a job offer in the area, and we needed to be closed on a house in a couple of months. After making the short list of properties to see on the first day, many were listed as short sales, which would not fit in our timeline. If those were caught beforehand, I would have been able to fit in more properties to see. When negotiating the price, he suggested we make a higher offer, which we told him no to.
