I was disappointed with my experience, especially on closing day. My realtor texted me about 30 minutes before my scheduled closing appointment to let me know that her boss had booked her an appointment and she would not be able to attend my closing. Closing on a home is a very important moment, and after going through the entire home-buying process together, I expected my realtor to be present or, at the very least, to provide more notice.
