I ordered a fairly large piece of glass. Missed multiple times to pick it up. Finally arrived to pick it up and waited a few minutes for them to get back. Paid for the glass and tried to load in my truck bed. It was to long and would have required leaving the tailgate down. John (I think his name is) asked where it was going. I told him and he offered to drop it off in the am. No charge. Excellent dimensional cuts (exactly what I ordered), clean glass and his driver/installer offered to bring the glass in.
