We just tackled an almost 4 month full home remodel with Patrick. He he took our vague ideas and visions and turned them into reality. His suggestions were spot on and he did'nt flinch when I kept adding to the project list LOL! We love how everything turned out and found working with Patrick so easy and enjoyable! We love our new home! We met Patrick at the Chestermere Starbucks in March 2024. We immediately felt comfortable with his style and manner. We told him we had purchased a house with our son and wanted to turn the unfinished basement into a secondary suite apartment for us. Patrick did an amazing job with replacing my carpet with vinyl planking on my stairs. He was fast and efficient but very detailed in his work, they look beautiful! I would highly recommend Lakefront Finishing!

After our basement floor heaved, we had to cut short all our interior basement walls to save the upstairs: this worked but made a terrible mess of the basement. We hired a company to replace the basement floor, but our walls were still a mess. I asked Patrick for help, and he came and fixed our entire basement interior, it looks beautiful now! 1700 sq ft Reno including two bedrooms, a gym, and a bathroom.
