Slightly biased review because I’m related to the owner but great on-the-lake rental, excellent location near the town of Penn Yan/local Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake wineries/ breweries, great permanent dock addition (as of 2022) - overall excellent lake vacation house and I happen to know the owner puts a lot of effort into making sure everyone has an enjoyable, relaxing stay. Love to stay here in the spring and fall with college friends for a long weekend of wine/beer tasting.
We have rented this property every summer for 4 years and it never disappoints!
Manager at was awesome as always! Great weather and great company. Perfect setting.
