They seem to lack the sensitivity needed to care for patients with dental anxiety. Most of the team was kind, but it only takes one person to make the experience difficult. I clearly mentioned my anxiety to the dentist, but the unrelenting gum poking during the exam became too overwhelming, and I had to leave before finishing my appointment.
I can't say enough about the entire staff! Dr Patten and his staff took great care of me and my mom. We couldn't be happier with with everything!
I don’t typically leave bad reviews about people, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Yesterday was my second visit with Amber the hygienist (third visit overall at the office), and will probably be my last. From my first appointment, I felt uncomfortable with the level of focus placed on staining on my teeth. My son went in for a tooth extraction and it cost $450. No breaks for new patients unless you pay a $98 fee for discounts. This place just wants as much money as they can get from you. I'd pick somewhere else if you can. I've never paid that much for an extraction and I've had a few.
Amber was so helpful and thorough. I really appreciated her helpfulness. And she was so polite. I really like this place. I come in and they know my name by my second visit they knew my name. Impressive. I really like the staff here.
