I recently had an appointment at Lake Crest Dental, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! Dr. Tom Carwile was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain every detail of the procedures I needed, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I had appointment for Wednesday and they called 4 times in a row before 9am its spring break so canceled and blocked when I called to cancel and said why was told ok bye. No I'm so sorry or nothing
Recommended, Everyone is very friendly & helpful & explains what they are doing . I would rate them 100% in skill & service. I would like to especially mention the Dental assistant that helped the dentist as she was very good also
I can’t say enough kind words about this office. I have dental trauma and am hard to numb. Everyone listened and took the appropriate actions to help ease and add comfort to my visit. From the front of house, to the hygienist, and the dentist they all communicated my needs and far exceeded my expectations. 12+/10 would recommend!!
