We sold our condo here a year ago. The fees were skyrocketing, there was a fire that destroyed three condos, and crime was closing in all around us. We did have some nice neighbors, and some looney toon, gun toting obnoxious ones. I wouldn’t buy here until the prices reflect the Baymeadows area; like around $160K. Made an appointment to view an apartment for 5:30. Got a call from lakecrest at 5:45 saying the apartment is no longer available. Fantastic and great to see they value people's time.
Highly racist community of retired white people that fly confederate flags. Do not rent here
