The gym hours shouldn't depend on the season and when the sun sets. As someone who works from sun up to sun down it makes it especially complicated to work out within the hours of the gym being open, even more so now. I dont understand why it isn't accessible 24/7 to residents considering we have the key cards now.
We sold our condo here a year ago. The fees were skyrocketing, there was a fire that destroyed three condos, and crime was closing in all around us. We did have some nice neighbors, and some looney toon, gun toting obnoxious ones. I wouldn’t buy here until the prices reflect the Baymeadows area; like around $160K.
