From the very first call I should have known he was unprofessional he didn't even answer the phone with the business name he just said hello. He promised to cut trim and blow the yard. When I arrived I immediately saw that the outside part of the lawn had not been trimmed or cut so I immediately asked him about it he got hostile to the point of wanting to fight me. I’m updating my review of this individual. He started out great. Was reliable and consistent and did a great job. However he is no longer reliable. He does not show when he says and doesn’t communicate. When we first hired him he was aware of the need for reliable and consistent lawn mowing on a weekly basis. I don’t have my lawn mowed because of being lazy. There’s distinct health reasons for it that required someone other than me to do it. We tried to be flexible and understanding but we are going on 6 weeks of inconsisten... read more
