I unfortunately didn’t get the pleasure of experiencing the go boat that I rented because my son got sick. But, Hunter made something stressful turn into an easy experience. The facilities at TrailRace Marina were great but customer service definitely needs improvement. My 80 yr old dad had a hard time getting into the single kayak, missed the kayak when sitting down and couldn’t get up from the water. He’d hit his head and scrapped himself a little bit but thankfully nothing more serious. My uncle got out of his kayak to help my dad since I have a bad back and weak arm and was already trying to keep my dog calm and back from getting tangled up.
