Platoon was nice. Very disappointing that all rafts and floats were unavailable and ripped
The rental experience and process was easy, the boat was clean and in great shape. The price was reasonable. We had no issues and would definitely rent from them again.
My family visits from Ohio every year and we always look forward to a day on the lake. This was our 4th year and the boat was consuming gas uncommonly quick. We paid almost $700 for the whole day, boated less than 7 hours, filled up at 1/2 tank (mind you gas is supposed to be covered for the whole day) and still ran out 5 minutes before the dock. My family has rented pontoon boats with them a couple times in the past is it was always a ton of fun! We planned to do it again and booked a rental weeks in advance. However a few days prior to the rental date we learned we have been exposed to Covid-19 and requested a cancellation. They took care of if quickly and without any hassle at all. I can't wait until we get to try it again when we know we're in the clear!
