The facilities at TrailRace Marina were great but customer service definitely needs improvement. My 80 yr old dad had a hard time getting into the single kayak, missed the kayak when sitting down and couldn’t get up from the water. He’d hit his head and scrapped himself a little bit but thankfully nothing more serious. My uncle got out of his kayak to help my dad since I have a bad back and weak arm and was already trying to keep my dog calm and back from getting tangled up. We rented a boat for my husband’s birthday and had an amazing experience! From start to finish, the communication was excellent, they made the process so easy and stress-free. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our celebration. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a fun and hassle-free day on the water!
From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The service and communication were excellent. Once the reservation was made there were a number of educational videos which provided information about the boat and the lake which were a huge benefit.
