Very rude representative on the phone when I returned a missed call I'd received from this facility. I was asked why I was calling there when I had already said I was returning a missed call.
My parents have made this their new home and we could not be more pleased. Drew Baskett was so helpful preparing us for the move and answering any questions we had. Wendy, and the care team have been wonderful assisting my mom with her care and administering medications. The front desk always has a friendly face, whether it’s Debbie, Chloe or Rylee.
