I have lived there for 8 years and the managers are the worst, they do not help you solve anything, they try to belittle you, apart from that the rents continue to increase, it is as if they gave us the premises in that park... the truth is I don't know if any of them owns the park but the person must take action on the matter and see that its administration treats people well, only one knows how to do it and she is the oldest, there are a couple that even look at you contemptuously and no one likes that, it seems they are r... read more
Very unprofessional administrative staff. Argumentative, cannot get billing out on a timely basis, rude when you call or have a question. Cannot be reached half the time. Do not keep up with maintenance of common elements and property in their control.
This place sucks the people in the office unprofessional in the application almost they ask for the color of your skin.
Horrible,you can't contact management if you have a problem, stay animals, and parties all night long past regulations per lease and nobody controls or regulates the park after 5pm.. You pay almost $700 a month for no security,no maintenance and outrageous lot fees.
perfect match before they even opened For someone who was getting ready to have their own place, every little detail mattered to me.
