As a Airbnb guest, I stayed in the neighborhood for a week for work and adhered to their strict 25mph speed limit every day. I know there's joggers, kids and golf carts on the roads. I got falsely fined on two separate days for exceeding the speed limit to 36mph at a time I was not in the neighborhood driving. I would utilize caution staying as a guest because it seems like we are the easy target for HOA scams.
Amazing locale and beautiful scenery!
Peaceful and safe place. Loving every detail of this beautiful place
Hi I'm new to LW and so far I've found it to be very nice! everything is super clean and well-kept a completely Classey place to live, I have all different colored folks in my family and have not had any problems but there are idiots everywhere, I can go up for a weekend or so I'm working on me residing there permanent and i get complete peace and quiet and my grandkids can wander i feel they are safe. Thanks, Harry
