Great Place despite some Awful Problem Tenants GREAT PLACE but has a handful of AWFUL Tenants !!!!!!! GREAT PLACE mostly filled with Wonderful Tenants who follow the rules. The ones who do not follow the rules blame management and their family, so typical to be blamers, those who cannot see themselves or how they affect other people. For shame, just a handful of this type make it a sham. ROCK on with the continued Evictions so the good tenants can live in peace !!!!!!
The manger is a joke along with her daughter The manger Mary is in everyone's business along with her daughter.who also thinks she runs the park. They do not drain or clean out the filters for the water like they are supposed to every two weeks. They don't do anything to keep up with the roads. They put rocks or dirt nothing fixes it. It ruins our cars and tires. The owners are no better. They don't want nothing to do with the park and are trying to sell it.
