I hade a lift installed less than a year ago and have had several issues with it. It has been broken for approximately 3 weeks, I have left a voicemail a day, 5 emails, asking for someone to come out and fix it. I have NO call backs and two replies to the emails saying I am on their list and hopefully someone could get out tomorrow or the next day.
