Pretty development. Not tons to see but still pretty
I will be leaving my statement in the near future. Highly recommend not subcontracting work from this company or doing business with them, they dont pay their bills, poor management and dont care for the companies that do work for them. They still owe me over $20k and I have kids to feed and bills to pay from the work I did for them.
This business has a desire to destroy a residential area by having it rezoned for multi-family housing. Please join us at the city council meetings to express your desire for the council to deny their motion to rezone the SE corner of Excelsior Blvd and 101. They want to take affordable single family homes and turn them into 20 high end (expensive) "european" condo's. Of which 2 will be "affordable". DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO THIS! I'm just going to say, I went and seen a property they have listed for rent in Minnetonka, and the place was gross. The ceiling fan was dirty, the walls, windows and door knobs were covered in spiders and/webs. The yard? Was so over grown and full of leaves, pretty sure it hasn't been touched since leaves started falling. I was very disappointed! Looked like no one had been in there for years!
