Love Lake Washington CrossFit, especially the strongman workouts. They’re fun, challenging, and always keep things interesting. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or brand new to the sport, you’ll feel right at home. The community is super supportive no matter your level, and the vibe is relaxed—lots of laughs while still getting a great workout in. Definitely a place where you feel welcome and want to keep coming back.
Cleanliness is maintained better than I expected for a busy gym. Equipment is usually wiped, and there are cleaning sprays available. One day the washroom needed attention, and staff cleaned it after a request. That’s fine with me as long as issues are addressed quickly. Overall, it feels like a disciplined environment where members also cooperate.
Incredible community and amazing coaches. Makes you want to workout every day… and there is always availability across time slots. Blessed to have this guy in our hood. Highly highly recommend for people at all levels… the coaches do an excellent job tailoring the workout to fitness levels and any injuries as needed.
It was an awesome workout. I am really excited that they have strongman training which almost no on else does.
