About this business
We are currently the only CrossFit affiliate in King County with an open-schedule format. We have two full time coaches and a staff committed to providing a consistently excellent experience for our athletes. Whether you are a competitive athlete, a complete novice or somewhere in between our program is set up to allow for the greatest amount of progress with the least amount of injury potential. I highly recommend checking out Lake Wa. CrossFit if you are looking for a great place to train, workout or get started on a new fitness path. After just a couple months I've noticed improvements mentally and physically with my fitness. Nick (the owner) is very kind and accommodating.
