Worse park in Oroville. No mgr no water over rated high rent no one to take care of property grounds this place sucks! Better look somewheres else
Decent place to live. Pretty quiet, elderly community. Has a pool so I get to swim which will be nice. Has small and I do mean small laundry room. Nice picnic area with BBQs by the pool.
