Definitely turning into a slum with no management, maintenance, or rule enforcement. Homes sold for dollars instead of removed. Quality of people reflected by quality of homes. Sometimes no trash pickup. Money going elsewhere instead of back to park?
Lake Village is a slum area, The owners (Newbury management), do not care. The roads are never good. Concerns are never addressed. The Newbury management does not take care of anything.this could be a beautiful area, you will never see a new mobile home move in.
Lake village is no longer repairing the streets or doing basic maintainence.It could have a resort like atmosphere on the lake, but instead its being turned into a slum.
