Insensitive, verbally abusive, rude just down right NASTY! Not sure who the women in charge but she was ridiculous. I have tried tying the experience, however I am at a loss for words. I will leave it at my first sentence. I hope the people in charge read all these comments about the way the Davis family was treated and take action to make sure this NEVER happens to another grieving family.
I feel Lakeview Memorial in Fairview Heights went above and beyond in helping our family during our loss. Specifically, I worked Kathryn, Anthony, and LuAnn who ensured our questions and needs were handled with their General Manager approving a more-than-satisfactory resolution. Visited some graves today. Couldn’t hardly find them. The graves are almost completely grown over in grass and weeds. Doesn’t look like they have done any trimming all summer. The place does not look like it does in the pictures. Maintenance has been slipping for many years.
They totally suck! They lie continually to their clients and refuse to deliver results! Mom died in February, we asked for the script on her crypt to be done by mother's day, guess what? Nope not done. Please save yourself the anguish and go somewhere else!
It took 3 months to get the grave mark installed and now the grave blanket has been 2 weeks
I could write a book of everything that was wrong from start to finish. I felt the representatives that I dealt with were very unprofessional, as well as insensitive. I made prearrangements for my Dad's end of life, and paid in full, and the day of his passing, they had me jumping through hoops signing paperwork, and tying me up back and forth on the phone, with information they should have asked for 3 weeks prior, when I made the arrangements, not at the time I should be grieving over the loss of my Dad.
RIP: Mom, Derek....Such A Beautiful Place.. You Are Loved:* :*!!
