The caring staff handled the cremation of two of my family members. They met all of our needs and took care of details that I was not able to think about during that time. I will always remember their kindness.

We are very disappointed in the services we are receiving following the death of our brother. I highly do not recommend Lake View. I wish we could remove all our family members from here!!

The staff was professional and efficient. Amanda Gundlach (Abigail Gundlach) was extremely helpful and patient.

I had my husbands memorial service there Jan 2019, Ashley was so amazing with me, my family and everything I was going through losing a spouse. She set up a patriot guard escort for my husbands ashes to go to Jefferson Barracks in Mo. for such a very hard time in my life she made it so much easier and she cared you could feel it and see it in her. I never felt rushed during the service or after. They allowed us to grieve as needed while they took care of everything else. Thank you for all you did for me during the hardest th... read more

When a loved one passes, one thing you need is compassion. That is not what a friend and her family and loved ones received. They had the worse experience anyone could have had. Such a shame. I hope you lose all kinds of business because if it. No one deserves to be treated that way.

These people are all about greed and money and will absolutely push the service along and make you move quickly just to get as many services in as they can..This place is a disgrace and should be shut down

I've never had such an insensitive experience. As people were in line to say good bye to my father, the lady in charge (Mandy) comes in and makes an announcement that everyone needs to leave, go to their cars and head to the burial. We were literally rushed out the door. So half our family didnt get to say good bye to my dad. horrible, horrible experience. I could go, but Ill stop.
