Wonderful patient care, staff is friendly and very time efficient
My two year old had a bike accident and when we arrived we were notified that urgent care was closed and there were no more appts left for us to get him in. As we were waiting, one of the women at the receptionist desk overheard us and gave us info about other urgent cares in Duluth and then another gave him a bear stuffy and called a nurse assistant to come look at it to see if we needed to drive to urgent care. Beautiful facility! The staff , doctors and nurses are extremely kind,caring and knowledgeable. There is a in house pharmacy as well. Everything is updated. Top of the line clinic! Highly recommend!
First the good. Everyone at Lake View clinic is amazing. Dr. Schultz is the absolute best and every person I see when I go to the clinic is friendly, caring, and goes above and beyond for the patients. I'm grateful to have such a great clinic in town and I have nothing but good things to say about everyone working there. My only issue is scheduling. I was having back pain/ UTI issues and late on a Friday afternoon I was able to get an office visit with Dr. Burlingame.. He was great but thought I needed the ER for a CT. I was seen by Dr. Mohamed who was very thorough and kind.. The nurses and CT tech were all amazing. I work in healthcare as well and find it difficult to be a patient and it was so nice to have helpful people that had great attitudes.
