DO NOT BOOK HERE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! You know what’s so much fun? Driving over 3 hours with 2 dogs on 4th of July weekend to get to the place you are going to stay and it be empty. No cars, no one in the office, the phone goes to voicemail, and an empty lot. This is disgusting to do to people especially in 100 degree weather. Now I have to drive back home another 3 hours because everywhere is expensive and I have to contact booking.com for a refund. Never ever again

Booked for two nights during Americade, arrived to find hotel empty. Called and texted number given in check in instructions, no response to text, phone number not accepting calls. At least three other couples with non-refundable "reservations" had same issue while we were there. Thankfully the site we booked through was kind enough to cancel our reservation and refund us. Great location but when we stayed there the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms were moldy and the sheets were thin and scratchy. The towels were small and scratchy. My instinct was to cancel my reservation and find somewhere else, but it was for one night and the location was convenient. There is a brook running in front of the building we were in and it smelled and was buggy. This was many years ago so it may have changed hands or been updated since then. Booked a room here. Came to a empty parking lot with no one in the office. Learned that you have to enter a code. Looked for place to enter a code and did not find one. Looked all around property and found no one on sight. Went through booking.com.
